Understand the discharge summary and share a copy with the family

Assist with hospital discharge and safe transfer back to residence

Escort the patient to the hospital

Assist with hospital admission

Wait at the hospital during treatment

Coordinate and communicate with the doctor regarding treatment

Review the discharge summary and share it with the patient’s family

Assist with hospital discharge and return to residence

OPD Care PackageCharge: ₹1,500 /-

Book doctor appointments based on availability

Escort the patient to the hospital/clinic

Assist with billing and registration procedures

Wait during consultation

Communicate with the doctor regarding the patient’s current condition and treatment plan

Assist with same-day diagnostic tests, if advised

Understand prescribed medications and instructions
